I managed to find the USBSTOR.sys file and I tried navigating the install thing to c/windows/system32/drivers etc, I did all of that, but I cant do the first step - the Next time I connected the drive to the same PC, I got a message saying "There was a problem installing your device" and in the Properties window for the device a I uninstalled the device and reinstalled it again but the problem still persists. have a peek here
