with my code below which is same as having a PostBackTrigger, the update progress does not show up.. This throws an error... Browse other questions tagged asp.net updatepanel updateprogress or ask your own question. The UpdateProgress control is not associated with any UpdatePanel control, and the asynchronous postback does not result from a control that is not inside an UpdatePanel and is not a trigger.
