Send it back, what you're saying is the USB ports are dead until windows starts, and I doubt that. If you have USB3 port's they are usually identifiable by their blue coloring. Have wireless, but, obviously, wireless doesn't work in BIOS. How To Enable Usb Keyboard In Bios Was this answer helpful?
